IMPORTANT: Once the material has been received, please ensure that the product has not been damaged in transit or by the delivery company. Any damages must be noted in writing in the delivery note. All of our deliveries are insured against damage of goods during transportation as indicated in the delivery note. The client has to inform Quirumed S.L. within 24 hours of the accident, otherwise neither the transportation company nor Quirumed S.L. will be held responsible for the damaged product.

a) International Bank Account Transfer

The client is responsible for all the possible bank commissions and conversion charges.

b) Payment using a credit card available only for on-line orders.

c) Pay using PayPal, which is a payment system where you can pay on-line using a credit card or a PayPal account. On-line orders only.


NOTE:  It is very important that the surname of the client is quoted in the SENDER or CLIENT field, and you should quote the Order Nº in the SUBJECT/PAYMENT REFERENCE field.

The prices appearing on the Web are valid except where typing errors or price adjustments have occurred and are exclusive to orders made on the Web.
Installation or assembly of the products is not included in the price.

There is a possibility of showing prices in others currencies. But the total price will be charged in EUROS.

The prices shown on the pages of this website are quoted excluding taxes and delivery costs.

In Spain, IVA (Value Added Tax) will be applied, with exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta y Melilla (in these territories delivery expenses and import taxes levied by customs will be the responsibility of the client).

The delivery expenses and the importation taxes will be a responsibility of the client.

Refunds for breakages during transportation:

We will accept complaints and offer refunds for breakages within the 24 hour period following the arrival of the goods. The company Quirumed S.L. will not take responsability beyond this period of time.

Other refunds:

We will accept other returns of goods within 7 days following the arrival of the goods. The company Quirumed S.L. will not take responsability beyond this period of time. In this case the client will be charged with the delivery costs. When the goods arrive in our warehouse in Spain, we will proceed to refund 90% amount of order. 10 % will be charged as administration costs.

The cancellation of any order which has been processed and is consequently being manufactured or imported will incur all related expenses such as transportation, customs etc.

For orders paid with a credit card, a percentage of 3% of the total cost originally quoted, will also be deducted to cover bank charges.
